Fajita Seasoning


1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered recado or paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Chocolate Mud Cake

1 1/4 cups butter
2 3/4 cups sugar
8 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt (if the butter used is unsalted) I only use salted butter in my kitchen.
1/4 cup baking cocoa
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 cup hot water
1 cup milk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 10 x 3 Springform cake pan

1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 cups Swan Down Cake Flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Bunt pan

Chocolate Ganache
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon sugar
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey
