1 1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Frosting 

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp all purpose flour

3 Tbsp milk 

1 tsp vanilla

Cookie Crust 

 1 box or pack of chocolate chip cookies

4 Tbsp melted unsalted butter

1/4 tsp salt
