Chocolate Sour Cream Cake with Chocolate Ganache

2 sticks butter
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 cups Swan Down Cake Flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Bunt pan

Chocolate Ganache
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon sugar
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey
